«Seaweeds, where the sea begins»

Seaweeds have a huge gastronomic potential and can be used to produce a wide variety of dishes. We recently made available for download on the Alga4Food project website a second digital publication entitled «Algas, onde o mar começa» (only in Portuguese) with new preparations suggestions. There you can find a set of delicious ideas for the introduction of seaweeds from the Portuguese coast, already available on the market, in your meals. Be adventurous and try it out!
