We are delighted to inform that the digital publication «Algas, o mar à mesa» (only in Portuguese) is now available for download from the Alga4Food website. The recipes in the book are intended for the general public and are essentially inspired by traditional cuisine. The goal is to promote the consumption of algae by families, motivating for its acquisition and use. This book has recipes for refreshing drinks, appetizers, starters, main courses and desserts, all including macroalgae from the Portuguese coast.
