On 26th April, 2018, another gastronomic session was held at the «Professional Cooks of Portugal Association» (ACPP). The meeting with the title «Seaweeds from the Portuguese Coast» — was attended by Bruno Moreira Leite — a member of the Alga4Food project team — and Tiago Feio, head chef at Leopold restaurant in Lisbon. Both spoke of their experience with seaweeds, the first, from a gastro-scientific perspective, the second from a culinary point of view. The presentation was finished with a «seaweed tartar» tasting.
