After algae gathering at Magoito, on August 27, a team of audiovisual professionals collected images of Alga4Food based at DQ-FCT/UNL. Its function is that it was one of the projects selected for dissemination in the framework of the support of Mar 2020. To that end, it was shown the facilities where the project develops research, having finished the session with the capture of images and tasting of the dishes produced over the afternoon (e.g. “peixinho-do-mar” with spongeweed (Codium tomentosum) and “pasta all'uovo” with sea lettuce (Ulva sp.) and nori (Porphyra sp.).
