On May 6, 2019, Professor João Paulo Noronha, PI of the ALGA4FOOD Project, gave a lecture at the FCT NOVA Chemistry Department. The title of the presentation was «Algae the Food of the Future? Challenges for Conservation and Introduction in the Portuguese Diet». During this lecture a presentation was made of the general objectives of the project, and at the end the public had the opportunity to taste some products developed in the context of the ALGA4FOOD the project (see picture below).
