Members of ALGA4FOOD and students of the Master Degree in Gastronomic Sciences at FCT NOVA participated in the 5th International Sea Urchin Festival. This festival, organized by the Mafra City Council and held in Ericeira between March 29 and April 7 2019, joined gastronomy and science. «Discs of white chocolate, with sea urchin roe, sea lettuce and raspberry», visibles in the photo below, among other appetizers, were offered at the municipal market, during the show cooking, to promote the ALGA4FOOD project.
