The 4th Sea Urchin International Festival, which took place last March in Ericeira (Portugal), was attended by several chefs and people connected to the gastronomy. There were several demonstrations, including the Bruno Moreira-Leite (Alga4Food & FCT-UNL) showccoking. Its menu consisted of three delicacies: «sea urchin eggs with a chickpea foam and coriander»; «peixinhos da costa: Codium tempura with sea urchin mayonnaise» and «Ulva sp. ice cream»).
